Suleman is the Founder of Roscap. He is responsible for the entire firm and works with the team to grow the business. As CEO, Suleman ensures that deals are running smoothly, investments are performing well and the Roscap team is performing at their best. As an Entrepreneur, Suleman started the company at university and has built it into a full scale real estate advisory and investment firm today.

Mowgli is a French businessman with a 15-year history in real estate capital markets. Shortly after graduating from Skema Business School, he founded the successful property fundraising platform Immocratie, raising c. €40m. He successfully exited Immocratie via a complete buyout to a large funding institution in 2023. He is now the exclusive Western Europe representative for Roscap, focusing on originating and structuring medium and large real estate development opportunities for Roscap's investors.

Hamza recently graduated with a 1st class in Economics and Politics from the University of Liverpool. Hamza is responsible for onboarding new clients with new projects. Hamza also works on the buy side, raising capital for pipeline opportunities and supports the firm from a business development perspective.

Sulayman brings a wealth of technical real estate know how to the Roscap team. Sulayman is responsible for supporting the operations of the business on both the advisory and investment side. Sulayman is the first port of call when assessing investment opportunities and supports our analysts on underwriting a vast array of transactions.

Didi is a professional fundraiser and investor relations lead. Representing Roscap Pan Asia, Didi has built deep relationships with investors across the region. Over the course of his career, Didi has transacted over $1 billion in deal volume. His impressive track record spans multiple asset classes and consists of both debt and equity structures.
