Suleman is the Founder of Roscap. He is responsible for the entire firm and works with the team to grow the business. As CEO, Suleman ensures that deals are running smoothly, investments are performing well and the Roscap team is performing at their best. As an Entrepreneur, Suleman started the company at university and has built it into a full scale Real Estate advisory and investment firm today.

Hamza recently graduated with a 1st class in Economics and Politics from the University of Liverpool. Hamza is responsible for onboarding new clients with new projects. Hamza also works on the buy side, raising capital for pipeline opportunities and supports the firm from a business development perspective.

Muhammed is responsible for building and testing financial models for our client’s projects. Muhammed has worked for Middle Eastern Royal Family Offices, Real Estate Private Equity Funds and is also an active private investor.
